Requirements
Mission

Lead by example to help create a high‑performing, engaged and scalable inbound sales team for Sleek in the UK.

Outcomes
  • Convert inbound leads into new business, improving upon existing lead conversion ratios.
  • Become a specialist in Sleek’s market and offerings, thereby adding value to all leads (converted or not).
  • Provide a professional and delightful experience to prospects, helping to grow word of mouth and brand value for Sleek in the UK.
  • Work closely with other inbound sales reps in the UK, sharing feedback and tactics in a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain a clear and tidy pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring reporting is timely and accurate.
  • Allocate time each month to identify and communicate upsell opportunities to the UK Country Manager, Sleek’s Head of Sales and Sleek’s CRO.
  • Allocate time each month to absorb and share learnings with other inbound sales team members serving the Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia markets.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales in the UK.

Ideally, most of your recent sales experience will have been in inbound sales and you will have held your last two roles for at least 18 months (barring exceptional circumstances). Most of your selling experience will have been in B2B or SaaS and/or services similar to what Sleek offers in the UK.

Our preference is that in at least your last role you have coached and/or managed other team members.

You will be a native English speaker and located within an hour of London or Leeds, making it easy for you to come to our offices at least once per week.

About the Interview Process

The successful candidate will participate in the following interview stages. The process is designed to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish, depending on your availability.

  • Case Study / Technical Round – A 60‑minute case study presentation with a Senior Account Executive.
  • Career Deep Dive & Behavioural Fit Interview – Interviews with our Global Head of Sales & CRO.
  • References Check & Offer – Final reference checks followed by an offer.
