Our award-winning media team sits at the heart of what we do – fusing smart strategy, cutting-edge tools and brilliant client service to deliver campaigns that get noticed and get results.

We work across a mix of exciting sectors and now we’re looking for an account executive to join our growing media team in Cardiff supporting key accounts.

What You’ll Do

This role is all about relationship-building, campaign delivery and learning fast. You’ll be part of a close-knit team working on high-profile clients – and you’ll be trusted to make your mark early on.

Your day-to-day could look like this:

  • Ensure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account manager, director and other members of the team
  • Source crucial information and provide organisational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaigns
  • Create proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using Excel
  • Attend meetings and provide a clear outline of deliverables thereafter, as well as presenting ideas/outcomes to clients where appropriate
  • Understand and contribute towards recommendations to maximise success for your client
  • Identifying opportunities via media monitoring and active networking
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their account
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret data in Excel
  • Deliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources – delivered in both written and verbal format
  • Develop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising and therapy areas that are relevant to your client

At Four, we believe in fast-tracking talent – and this role gives you the opportunity to work directly with clients and senior colleagues alike from day one.

What You Bring

Ideally, you will have some understanding of paid-media, digital media or general marketing and advertising. Experience within health and/or pharmaceutical advertising and marketing would be advantageous, though not essential (training will be provided).

You’ll also bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to express ideas clearly
  • Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Initiative and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Creativity and ability to generate ideas
  • Good organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn about all areas of the business
  • Ability to handle a busy workload, prioritise and be flexible
  • Good level of proficiency with required IT packages: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • Multi-lingual would be advantageous
  • We’re the elevation agency – we elevate brands, and we elevate people
  • We offer unique exposure to the full marketing mix – media, creative, PR and more
  • You’ll be surrounded by brilliant, supportive people who want you to succeed
  • You’ll have real responsibility, real variety, and real fun along the way
  • A supportive, sociable and inclusive work environment which supports creativity, individuality and excellence
  • A defined career path with opportunities for growth across our business
