Job summary

Flourish is seeking a driven Account Executive in Watford (Greater London) to join a global logistics partner. You will gain exposure to the full sales journey, from prospecting to closing, with structured onboarding, coaching and ongoing support.

No previous logistics or sales experience is required; graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training. The role includes a healthy basic salary plus uncapped OTE and career progression

Location: Watford, Greater London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business as a 360 Account Executive.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales journey, from identifying opportunities and meeting clients to building long-term partnerships and closing deals. You'll work closely with businesses in your local area, helping them improve efficiency, reduce costs, and access tailored logistics solutions.

With structured onboarding, dedicated coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders, you'll develop the skills, confidence, and commercial expertise needed to build a successful career.
