The Opportunity:
Team Found is looking for a driven Account Executive to join their small but mighty team. Found is Lottie’s CRM platform, designed to help clients manage, prioritise, and forecast their occupancy and enquiries. This is an opportunity for prospecting, demoing, and closing deals, while building strong relationships with new partners. You’ll have autonomy to drive new client acquisition and generate revenue, with support from sales, product, engineering, the Founders, and the wider Commercial team.
What does this role involve?
Identify and prospect new potential clients and partners for Found by Lottie.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of Found.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Negotiate contracts and terms with new partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure their long-term success with Found.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding for new partners.
Provide market feedback and insights to the Product team to inform future development.
What problems will you be solving?
Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for the Found platform.
Ensuring successful new partner relationships from initial contact through to long-term engagement.
Effectively communicating the value of Found through product demonstrations and negotiations.
Collaborating internally to ensure smooth onboarding and to provide valuable market insights for product development.
We think you’ll be a great fit if…
Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Great collaboration skills, as you’ll be working with different departments, from Product and Tech to Customer Success and Marketing.
A self-starter mindset, proactive in getting things done with a high level of attention to detail.
