Are you an experienced Account Executive looking to build long‑term partnerships and make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s growing commercial team, supporting key Third‑Party Intermediaries (TPIs) within the energy sector. You’ll be the bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every interaction adds value, performance standards are met, and customer relationships continue to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong working relationships with TPIs and key stakeholders. Understand partner needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored support. Act as a key point of contact, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
  • Account Support and Administration – Support Account Managers with daily communications and reporting. Record and track meetings, correspondence, and actions for accountability. Produce accurate reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Service Performance and Improvement – Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs. Liaise with internal teams to address performance issues. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contract and Project Support – Assist in mobilising new contracts and projects. Support the preparation of tenders and bids. Maintain awareness of contract requirements and compliance obligations.
  • Communication and Reporting – Coordinate internal and external communications. Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and summaries. Provide updates to management on partner performance and key issues.
  • Continuous Improvement – Review internal processes and recommend improvements. Gather and act on customer feedback. Stay informed on industry developments and best practices.
About You
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail‑focused.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a client‑facing role.
  • Energy sector or contract service delivery knowledge is advantageous.
