• Proven experience in Protection insurance sales and client management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the Protection sector.
• Develop new business mainly through referrals and enquiries.
• Identify and act on business development opportunities.
• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services.
• Present tailored insurance solutions to secure new business.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.
