Location: Gloucester
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (with occasional weekends)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description

This role is ideal for a recent graduate (Marketing, PR, Events, or Advertising) or someone with some experience in marketing, events, or account management looking to build their career in brand activations and experiential marketing.

You’ll support the planning and delivery of creative campaigns and live brand activations, helping bring major food, drink, and lifestyle brands to life at events across the UK. Working closely with internal teams, agencies, and clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution and memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations and campaigns in line with client objectives
  • Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and budgets, liaising with creative, production, and influencer agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during campaigns
  • Assist in creating engaging marketing materials, reports, and post-event presentations
  • Research and manage suppliers, negotiate costs, and oversee activation setup
  • Support social media and digital activity linked to live events and brand takeovers
  • Provide on-site support at events, ensuring activations run smoothly and professionally
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Events, PR, or Advertising, or equivalent experience in a similar role (marketing, events, or account executive roles)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel to events
  • Full UK driving licence required
