Salary: £45,000-£60,000 DOE (base salary + uncapped commission)
We\'re looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager (BDM) / Account Executive (AE) to take ownership of developing new business opportunities and managing early-stage client relationships through to handover or ongoing account growth within the ERP sector.
In this role, you\'ll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and converting new business prospects, while also reactivating and growing underperforming or low-spend accounts. You\'ll use a structured outbound B2B strategy to drive engagement and revenue. This will include self-generating meetings with target accounts as well as sitting/converting meetings booked in by the SDR team where appropriate.
Aligned to a specific territory, you\'ll work closely with the Sales Manager to build a strong pipeline, maximise sales potential, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. Your focus will be on delivering value-led conversations, identifying client needs, and providing solutions that build long-term commercial success.
