What the job involves

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure and post-launch expansion, targeting AI-native B2B and B2C companies. Sell API solutions that integrate into customer technology stacks, establishing long-term partnerships that drive revenue growthEngage CTOs, CEOs, Product Managers, and Engineering Leads at high-growth startups to demonstrate how AI Personas drive business impact for specific use cases across verticals.Critically evaluate and prioritize competing opportunities in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment where resources are limited and strategic focus is essential for maximizing revenue impact.Capture market intelligence and customer feedback and relay it to inform our product roadmap and consistently improve our offering.

Additional Description

5+ years of sales experience at a technical/API-platform company.Experience selling to executive and technical stakeholders.Proven success owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals, with strong land-and-expand capabilities.Experience in a startup or scale-up environment with demonstrated ability to critically think and prioritize effectively.A passion or deep curiosity in artificial intelligence.

Compensation: Individual compensation will be determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.New York: $120K to $140K base salary with $240K to $280K on-target-earnings.London: £80K to £90K base salary with £160K to £180K on-target-earnings.Competitive equity package.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Generous vacation time.Flexible schedules.Career growth opportunities as the company scales.
