Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business by driving new business acquisition. This is a "hunter" role where you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals. As an Account Executive, you will be engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and recommending tailored solutions within Wonderflow’s platform, in an effort to close new clients.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping to build our brand, develop new markets, and contribute to our long-term growth. This role reports directly to the CEO. Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, prospecting and discovery, to negotiating and closing new business (average deal sizes approx. $50k-$100k+ USD)
  • Achieve (and exceed!) a new business revenue quota - this is a HUNTER role and you will be responsible to drive new revenue generation by closing new logos
  • Ability to navigate the complex organizational structure and decision making processes within large enterprises
  • Become a product expert and conduct engaging, consultative product demonstrations that highlight Wonderflow’s value proposition
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, VPs and C-level executives, and act as a trusted business advisor
  • Identify prospects’ needs and business drivers to show them tailored solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, product, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience on the platform
  • Provide market feedback and competitive insights to help inform our long-term strategy

  • You have entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of working autonomously and closing new business
  • You have approximately 4 to 5 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales role selling software solutions to large clients, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling to large/enterprise clients, and experience selling deal sizes in the range of $50k-$200k+ USD ARR
  • Experience working in a new logo sales role in a scale-up or startup environment
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients in the Consumer Sector is an asset (ie. Consumer Electronics, Cosmetics, Household Products, CPG, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and selling into VP & C-Level executives
  • Experience in outbound lead generation (cold emailing, cold calling, networking)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills - the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • You have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform research independently, leveraging external and internal databases
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent follow-through skills
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce, etc.) and other sales tools
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
