Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to support our Client Service Team in the day-to-day delivery of media campaigns for some of our biggest clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on comprehensive marketing campaigns and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent interpersonal skills, organization, creativity, and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Senior Account Manager and team in managing client relationships and digital projects.
2. Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and client demands efficiently.
3. Learn and develop knowledge across various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRO, and Affiliates.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
5. Assist with planning, reporting, billing, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of campaigns.
6. Handle client feedback professionally and manage expectations effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to support the team and manage digital projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong desire to learn and develop in digital marketing.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Numerate with attention to detail, familiar with Excel and reporting tools.
