What does the team do?

The Account Management department is the first port of call for all of our charity members and has overall responsibility for managing, supporting and encouraging the success of the Run for Charity membership for charities of all sizes throughout the UK. The department provides high‑quality, thorough and engaging support to ensure we are doing everything we can to deliver for our clients.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for client satisfaction to join a rapidly growing company. You will play a key part in supporting our charity partners across hundreds of key events. As an Account Executive you will be the key link between our company and our charity members. Your role will be to support the Account Management team to ensure our partners receive exceptional service and maximise their fundraising, managing relationships with existing clients and working closely with all departments to maintain high‑standard partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, feel comfortable conducting meetings on their own, possess excellent communication skills and have fantastic attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships and assist our members wherever possible
  • Provide regular support and advice to each charity to maximise their fundraising
  • Book and lead regular video conferences to provide strategic advice and sector updates/trends
  • Create resources and technical support for our members via our in‑house CRM
  • Ensure all clients are well looked after and know the current status of each account
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the team on how we can improve our ever‑evolving offering
  • Work closely with the wider partnerships team to support the team’s overall aims and objectives
  • Support the wider team of account managers where necessary

Salary is £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus bonus.
