Inspired Thinking Group in Nottingham is seeking an Account Executive to support a key client, coordinating briefs from capture to delivery. You will act as a central point of contact across internal teams, ensuring timely progress, accuracy, and high-quality service.
You will handle admin tasks, WIP management, invoicing, and reporting, while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.
As an Account Executive at ITG, you’re proactive, self-motivated and able to work across multiple projects with varying deadlines. Your key skills lie in customer service, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure, in this fast paced collaborative environment. You’ll play a vital role in supporting one of our key clients. You’ll be a central point of contact helping to ensure all queries are managed efficiently and professionally.
You’ll support the team with a main project brief, making sure the project is accurately captured, scheduled and delivered on time. Over time, you’ll be up-skilled to act as support across various other briefs, building your knowledge and confidence to handle them independently.
Your day-to-day will also include providing admin and system support for project management tasks. Alongside this, you’ll be managing briefs, coordinating timelines and working with account managers, client teams and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Quality control checks and compiling reports will also form part of your role, helping to maintain high standards and support strategic decision-making.
