The Role

As a high-performing Account Executive, you''ll play a key role in our growth.

You will :

  • Sell the full Serve First suite : customer satisfaction surveys & feedback solutions, mystery shopping, AI-powered feedback analytics, digital surveys, action planning tools, and advisory services
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, with full autonomy
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on targeting and strategy
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to align campaigns and messaging
  • Work hand-in-hand with our SDRs to convert inbound and outbound leads
  • Engage senior stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, HR, and CX roles
  • Drive revenue through consultative, solution-focused selling that delivers clear business impact
About You
