Overview

The Account Executive role is within the Client Services team at Bewonder.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the direct point of contact for clients, centre management/on‑site teams, and tenants.
  • Support the Client Lead in producing and delivering the marketing strategy, managing budgets and service levels.
  • Coordinate delivery from internal departments (Digital, CX, Creative Studio, and Bewonder).
  • Handle client reporting and monitor campaign effectiveness against KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholder and third‑party relationships.
  • Develop digital content, proofread, schedule social media, website updates and email copywriting.
  • Undertake administrative tasks (agenda coordination, minute taking, financial admin).
  • Write press releases for Client Lead approval.
  • Support the finance team in chasing bad debts.
  • Provide crisis cover support (weekend rota).
  • Manage on‑site event and project management, including production briefs and Health & Safety documents.

Professional Skillset
  • Previous experience within a marketing environment (assistant or placement level, either agency or client side).
  • Good understanding of the property sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of JLL and Bewonder products and services.
  • Self‑sufficient, organised, and able to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, event and project management experience.
