ITG is recruiting for a brand-new Account Executive and will consider individuals who have recently graduated and have limited experience in the marketing field, provided you have the motivation and drive to build a long term and successful career within marketing!
To support the delivery of omni channel campaigns, including digital assets, in store POS, ATL creative and radio, ensuring the brief is achieved, key timelines are met and they are on brand. You will work closely and report into the Creative Services Lead to deliver projects from start-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess client briefs to ensure all necessary information is complete, accurate, and ready for internal teams to work on.
- Log new projects within internal systems and generate job numbers.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with client stakeholders to provide regular status updates, manage expectations and develop relationships.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing creative and copy and ensure alignment with the client brief.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to keep on top of multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the internal management of projects across various skillsets, including design, artwork, copywriting, and animation.
- Ensure all creative and copy deliverables are consistent with client brand guidelines.
- Participate in weekly/daily internal and external WIP calls and meetings.
- Support the wider client services team with admin tasks across the account.
- Maintain strategic awareness of the client’s broader business goals, ensuring creative outputs contribute to overall marketing objectives.
- Be a brand ambassador that is immersed in the client’s latest brand and TOV guidelines.
- Contribute on monthly client reports and participate in regular store visits.
- Develop an awareness of competitor brands and their recent activity to build market knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience in a creative role within Retail Marketing working across all channels (i.e. Radio, POS, Digital)
- An excellent service minded approach with proven customer management skills,
- Project management & organisational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate and commercially aware
- Computer literate with good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel)
- MARKETING GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY - we provide full training and development
- Office attendance in Knowsley 2 days a week. Flexibility required to attend the client office for scheduled meetings, or ITG London/Birmingham/Tamworth locations for other purposes.
