Job summary

A fast-growing global fintech firm in the UK is seeking a skilled sales professional to own enterprise sales cycles with major banks. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience, including success in selling complex fintech solutions. Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles with major financial institutions
  • Develop and execute new business strategies for multi‑year SaaS deals
  • Build deep relationships with C‑level decision makers and position high‑impact digital solutions
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver tailored value propositions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years selling complex fintech solutions directly to Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks
  • Experience selling value‑add, rather than core, cloud native SaaS products to banks
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise deals
  • Existing relationships and network within Tier 1‑2 banks
  • Experience consistently exceeding quota
  • Based within commutable distance to London and ability to work from the office 3 days per week
  • Experience working in a startup or scale‑up environment (nice to have)
