To support this growth, we are expanding our commercial team with Account Executives who focus on doing demos, closing high-value deals, and shaping how we sell at scale.

This is a rare chance to sell a high-impact, technically ambitious product in one of the largest software markets globally. The product is strong, market traction is real, and our SDR team will be generating qualified pipeline for you to convert. Your focus will be on doing demos and closing deals in the UK and internationally, while occasionally running the full cycle yourself when needed.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with Product and Growth on strategic deals, GTM strategy, and playbooks. This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum, wants to own outcomes, and is motivated by the opportunity to define what great sales looks like at Zelt.

Your role:

  • Be the face of Zelt for prospects in the UK and internationally
  • Lead qualified prospects through deep discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, and close
  • Partner closely with SDRs, who manage prospecting and first qualification, to maximise pipeline conversion
  • Occasionally manage full-cycle deals from initial outreach to close
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth to refine GTM strategy and sales playbooks
  • Track pipeline performance and share insights directly with the CEO

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in SaaS sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise deals
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with C-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on CRM usage and disciplined pipeline management
  • Experience running full-cycle deals, with a structured and thoughtful approach
  • Self-motivated, curious, and always improving your sales craft
