Job Title: Mid-Market Account Executive

Industry: SaaS, Financial Software, FinTech

Location: Flexible, Remote Working

Package: £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary DOE + Uncapped OTE + Excellent Benefits + Rapid Progression.

The Role

In this brand-new Account Executive position, you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of Software-as-a-Service / SaaS technology, centred around financial management, Accountancy, Payroll and Analytics/Reporting. You will be tasked with generating new business opportunities targeting a variety of industry verticals in the UK&I “Mid‑Market”. You will be backed‑up by an Award‑Winning Team of Marketing, Pre‑Sales and Post‑Sales, and Customer Success – to ultimately free up your time to focus on what you are good at… winning new business!

The Candidate

Ideally, we require candidates with a demonstrable track record in the Software or SaaS arena who have worked in either a Business Development or Account Executive capacity. You will have a demonstrable track record of success selling to Mid‑Market or Corporate clients and ideally understand the nuances and complexities of mapping out and selling FinTech, Financial Management, or any other technical solution used by the CFO, FD and Finance Department. We’re looking for driven, self‑motivated, new business hunters that have the ability to self‑prospect and manage the complete sales cycle from cradle‑to‑grave in a high‑activity environment.

The Package

Package is ultimately negotiable, however initial indications for an Account Executive from the FinTech or ERP arena are in the region of £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary + excellent benefits and an uncapped OTE.
