Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 base + 50% OTE (Uncapped, Double Achievable)

The Opportunity

This is a highly consultative, enterprise-level new business role, focused on selling large-scale transformation programmes that combine education, services, and technology. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries, crafting tailored solutions that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Sell complex, high-value service and technology programmes to senior stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and transformation leaders.
  • Craft business cases and ROI models that communicate long-term strategic value.
  • Work closely with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions to client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in professional services, learning tech, or digital transformation.

  • Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and storytelling in complex environments.

  • Confident selling programmes and services, not just software licenses.

  • Able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment without rigid playbooks.
