A high-growth tech-enabled services company in the UK is seeking a New Business Account Executive to sell enterprise learning and transformation programs. This role involves engaging with senior decision-makers and leading the sales cycle for complex solutions. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in B2B consultative sales and a proven track record of closing six-figure deals. This position offers uncapped earnings potential and requires travel across Europe.
Location: Fully Remote (UK & Europe travel required)
Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 base + 50% OTE (Uncapped, Double Achievable)

This is a highly consultative, enterprise-level new business role, focused on selling large-scale transformation programmes that combine education, services, and technology. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across multiple industries, crafting tailored solutions that drive real business impact.
4+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in professional services, learning tech, or digital transformation.
Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong understanding of value-based selling and storytelling in complex environments.
Confident selling programmes and services, not just software licenses.
Able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment without rigid playbooks.
Intelligent, articulate communicator with genuine passion for sales, business development, and creating impact for clients.
