We're looking for a brilliant Account Director with a solid background in influencer marketing, a keen understanding of social media and finely honed account and client management skills to join us on this journey
Client ownership: Confident owning the client relationship and leading strategic conversations on how we can best deliver work
Influencer and social counsel: Able to strategise and oversee the execution of global and local influencer programmes, with a keen understanding of the social media landscape. Able to counsel and guide colleagues and senior clients in best practice for influencer in 2026.
Team leadership and project ownership: Leading and inspiring a team to ensure we're hitting deadlines and delivering in a professional fashion, and maintaining strong relationships with talent and agents throughout the process
Lead account growth: Identify new opportunities with existing clients, lead new business and activate opportunities with senior support
Financial rigor: Ensure clients are invoiced correctly, billability and resourcing of account team members is tracked consistently, and budgets and expenditure closely monitored.
Commercial acumen: Able to deliver a good margin, negotiate and formalise appropriate budgets.
Develop the team: Line management and mentorship of junior team members, always ensuring their development is prioritised.
A great presenter: Strong communications skills and able to captivate a room when presenting ideas or plans.
UK and Global brand experience: managing accounts with different work streams and clients.
Strong social media knowledge: knowledgeable about and experienced in executing social media campaigns, either as part of a social media team or working closely with one.
Influencer management experience: proven track record of strategising and executing influencer-led campaigns.
Core part of the team: Working together is key to our success; you'll be great at bringing together teams to deliver great work.
Being culturally connected and aware of the world around you. Understanding trends, attending events and exhibitions.
Be curious: You will actively work to develop in-depth knowledge about the media and communications landscape and MSL's wider offer.

Problem solver: Ability to think on your feet, work in an agile manner and adapt to changing requests.
