Account Director - Solutions Sales
Up to £120k basic salary plus uncapped OTE
Central London (3 days per week)

This is not a job for the faint of heart.It’s for the AE who’s ready to walk into a £40M legacy revenue machine—and tear it down to rebuild something world‑class. You will be handed a warm book of global logos, executive buy‑in, and the green light to reshape how enterprise sales are done completely.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking commercially strong, consultative sellers who know how to craft solutions, not just pitch a product. You’ll excel here if you enjoy complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and closing meaningful deals.

Core Experience
  • Strong background in consultative, solution‑led sales
  • Sold a suite of services and products, not just a single platform (Consulting + Enterprise SaaS exposure valued: e.g. Accenture, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Deloitte)
  • Track record of selling into senior decision‑makers (CPO, COO, CTO, CDO, CIO, CLO, etc.)
  • Proven success leading six‑figure enterprise deals end‑to‑end
  • Natural hunter mentality
  • Clear, concise communicator
Workstyle / Fit
  • Comfortable with London + client presence at least 3 days per week (This is a collaborative environment)
Success Signals
  • Strong recent quota achievement + credible sales history
  • 2+ relevant enterprise deal examples in the last 12–24 months
  • Disciplined, accountable, consistent in execution
