A leading insurance and risk management firm is seeking a dynamic Account Director to join its Manufacturing and Industrial practice in the UK. You will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing tailored risk management solutions, and driving new business development within complex accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong insurance experience in the manufacturing sector and a track record of client management. This role can be based in Ipswich or London.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on global/complex accounts.
• Experience managing large industry clients.
• Skilled at building effective relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for providing required services to the client.
• Understand clients’ insurance and risk management needs.
• Business Development: drive sales process for new clients.

Skills

Strong manufacturing and industrial sector insurance experience

Strong client relationship skills

Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Education

Professional qualification of ACII or similar
