What you’ll do

As Account Director, you'll:

  • Lead major campaigns for iconic financial, retail and destination brands across the UK and internationally
  • Shape strategic storytelling, brand comms, media plans and influencer engagement across earned, owned, shared & paid
  • Be the senior day-to-day client lead—trusted advisor, bold thinker, sharp operator
  • Manage multiple teams, projects and priorities with empathy, commercial acumen and style
  • Inspire, mentor and champion junior team members and rising grads
  • Collaborate with our AI prompt engineers, insight analysts, film producers, designers and strategists – all on hand to support your work
  • Help win the next great piece of business—proposals, pitches, market insight, ideas

What you bring
