The role involves building strong relationships and delivering tailored, competitively priced insurance solutions. Ideal candidates will have a background in commercial insurance and excellent communication skills. This is a permanent role with hybrid working options.

Job Title: Account Director – Commercial & Mid-Corporate Insurance
Working Pattern: Birmingham, with hybrid working options
We’re looking for a proactive and client‑focused Account Director to join our team, managing a portfolio of Commercial and Mid‑Corporate clients. You’ll be the key link between clients, brokers, and underwriters — ensuring tailored, competitively priced insurance solutions are delivered with efficiency and care.
