A leading tech company in London is seeking an experienced Account Director to strengthen client partnerships in digital rights management and ethical AI. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of account management experience and a strong understanding of the advertising and talent ecosystems. This role involves managing high-value client relationships and strategic planning, with a hybrid working model (3 to 4 days in the London office). Competitive salary of £80k plus shares offered.

Venchr is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing client working at the forefront of digital rights management and ethical AI innovation. Their technology is reshaping how talent IP is protected, licensed, and monetized in the age of generative AI, while enabling brands and creators to produce secure, rights-safe content.
Their suite of tools—ranging from certification technology to ethical generative AI products and monetization platforms—helps creators significantly increase revenue and gives brands a trusted way to manage and produce content confidently.
We’re looking for a relationship-led, strategic Account Director to manage and grow some of their most important client partnerships across leading brands, platforms, talent agencies, and creators.
You’ll work closely with a dynamic executive team, including:
