🚀 Account Director – AI, Content Protection & Creator Tech | £80k + Shares

📍 London (Hybrid – 3 / 4 days a week in the London office)

Venchr is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing client working at the forefront of digital rights management and ethical AI innovation. Their technology is reshaping how talent IP is protected, licensed, and monetized in the age of generative AI, while enabling brands and creators to produce secure, rights-safe content.

Their suite of tools—ranging from certification technology to ethical generative AI products and monetization platforms—helps creators significantly increase revenue and gives brands a trusted way to manage and produce content confidently.

We’re looking for a relationship-led, strategic Account Director to manage and grow some of their most important client partnerships across leading brands, platforms, talent agencies, and creators.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow high-value client relationships as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Lead account planning to ensure clients unlock maximum value from the product suite.
  • Manage onboarding, education, usage rights reviews, and platform adoption.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Communicate roadmap, capabilities, and best practices confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to share insights and shape development.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop high-impact case studies.
  • Lead QBRs, rights-management conversations, and strategic presentations.
  • Maintain operational excellence and proactively address client challenges.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or client services.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, talent, creator, or platform ecosystems.
  • Confident communicator with experience advising senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect the big picture with day-to-day detail.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup setting.
  • Knowledge of AI, licensing, data usage, or digital rights is essential.
Leadership You’ll Work With

You’ll work closely with a dynamic executive team, including:

  • A CMO with 15+ years of global brand and growth marketing experience.
  • A CEO with a background in leading global teams at major tech companies and scaling startups.
  • A Chief Innovation Officer with deep expertise in AI and creative technologies.

You’ll be based in their London office three days a week, collaborating with this leadership group to help shape the future of talent rights, IP, and AI.
