Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Director or Client Partner.
  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Media and SEO.
  • Experience managing digital marketing projects across multiple channels.
  • Confident communicator with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in financial management and budget reconciliation.
  • Able to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable with change and fast‑paced environments.
  • Knowledge of Content, Analytics or Digital PR is desirable.

Job description

We’re working with an award‑winning digital marketing agency to find an experienced Account Director, Senior Account Director or Client Partner. You’ll lead a portfolio of exciting clients, driving strategic growth across Paid Media, SEO, Content and PR. This is a hybrid role with at least one day a week in their south coast office.

What you’ll be doing

As Account Director, you’ll manage around 5 client accounts, single or multi‑channel, acting as strategic counsel and project lead. You’ll work closely with Paid Media specialists, SEO experts, content creators and PR professionals to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll be responsible for client satisfaction, commercial growth and team coordination. You’ll lead inter‑agency meetings, provide strategic direction, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll also play a key role in financial planning, budget management and forecasting. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build genuine relationships with clients, helping them grow while staying aligned with purpose‑driven values.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Proven experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Director or Client Partner.
  • Strong working knowledge of Paid Media (essential) and SEO. This is not a hands on role, the media team run the campaigns.
  • Experience managing digital marketing projects across multiple channels.
  • Confident communicator with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in financial management and budget reconciliation.
  • Able to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable with change and fast‑paced environments.
  • Knowledge of Content, Analytics or Digital PR (desirable).
