The Difference you will make

As the Audio Account Director you will be focused on Dentsu and Notorious, balancing responsibility for driving airtime and creative partnership revenues. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and Head of Partnerships aligned to the hub to ensure that the Customer Strategies and Creative Process are implemented effectively.

Your role
  • Deliver market beating share of airtime and creative revenues by understanding agency motivations, priorities and client planning cycles.
  • Develop new business and retain existing business across display and creative.
  • Drive brand count across the agency territory and improve our conversion rate of creative pitches.
  • Position our brands and audiences through engagement pieces.
  • Ensure that our profile with hub agencies is consistent and high quality by inspiring and educating AV Investment and Partnerships teams within the agencies.
  • Ensure Bauer brands are regularly presented and clearly understood.
  • Gather insight from agency to deliver best in class creative solutions.
  • In collaboration with the Creative Strategy team build compelling pitch presentations.
The skills you will bring
  • Experience of working with network media agencies at a mid-level with strong contacts across media agencies predominantly in partnership, and AV investment teams.
  • Experience of creating, pitching, and landing big ticket sponsorship and partnership deals.
  • Genuine knowledge of and passion for audio and our brands.
  • Strong understanding of the broader media marketplace (particularly broadcast and digital)
  • Strong understanding of agency trading deals and trading mechanics.
Working Pattern/Location

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home, in the field and our main office in Manchester (near Castle Quays).

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
