Job summary

A leading UK cybersecurity consultancy is seeking an experienced Account Director to manage a portfolio of clients and drive growth through upselling and renewals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account management within cybersecurity or tech consulting, possess excellent relationship management skills, and have knowledge of Pen Testing and InfoSec services. This remote-first role will require occasional travel for client meetings.

Account Director – Cybersecurity Consultancy

£75,000 base + 50% OTE | Remote (UK-based)

We’re working with a leading UK cybersecurity consultancy specialising in Penetration Testing, SOC services, and wider InfoSec solutions. As they continue to scale, they’re hiring an experienced Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of existing clients across mid-market and enterprise.

You’ll be the strategic link between technical delivery and commercial success – focused on deepening client relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring smooth renewals.
