Join an award-winning global Advertising agency as they actively recruit two new Account Directors to become permanent members of their Client Services team.

Role

As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping new creative and tactical strategies for diverse healthcare clients. Working across prescription drugs, over-the-counter remedies and even some consumer brands (should you wish) - you'll enjoy a varied and dynamic creative experience. From film and video to print, digital, social, experimental, events, workshops, and more, the agency offers flexibility tailored to individual preferences and specialities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees day-to-day account operations, supporting the SAD / BUD.
  • Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
  • Understand the client's business and brief.
  • Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare communications.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a passion for creativity.
  • Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
  • Team player mentality, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production teams.
  • Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
  • Experience with Veeva, Promomats, and CRM platforms.
  • Located commutable to London or willing to relocate.
