What You'll Do
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations.
  • Take ownership of operational and commercial compliance across your portfolio.
  • Ensure statutory and health & safety compliance, managing risks and implementing robust controls.
  • Oversee lifecycle planning, preventative maintenance, and contractual obligations.
  • Drive profitability and value for money through smart procurement and contract management.
  • Champion staff development, recruitment, and retention, fostering a culture of growth and progression.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and support functions to deliver strategic improvements.
  • Provide clear, insightful reporting on performance, compliance, and financials.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in Total Facilities Management within a PFI environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management expertise.

  • Professional qualifications or equivalent experience, plus NEBOSH Health & Safety certification.
