We’re looking for an Account Development Executive to join Whistl , where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of over 200 customers, identifying new opportunities, re‑engaging lapsed clients, and helping us deliver first‑class postal and parcel solutions.

As an Account Development Executive , you’ll be responsible for managing an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring retention, growth, and profitability. You’ll plan and prioritise sales activity, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling across Whistl’s full product range. You’ll also re‑engage with lapsed customers and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.
You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship builder with strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for customer success. You’ll have a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5,30 with hybrid working opportunities
