Account Coordinator

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator’s primary role is to assist the Account Manager in delivering performance results against KPIs and ensuring a first‑rate customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside and support the Account Manager.
  • Carry out recruitment activities such as screening, interviewing, right‑to‑work checks, reference checks, and inductions.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate suitable candidates according to the headcount plan.
  • Liaise with site managers.
  • Handle worker queries and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills / Experience Required
  • Previous experience in recruitment, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working Hours
  • Core office hours – Monday to Friday 12:00 to 20:00.
  • Flexible to work outside core hours when required for the needs of the business.
