Job summary

Staffline is recruiting an Account Coordinator for a Knottingley-based role. The position involves coordinating recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding for worker colleagues, with daily use of Universe and the Flin chatbot to match candidates and manage payroll tasks.

The role offers a temp-to-perm path with full training and on-site support, including a canteen and parking. The working hours include 9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri and 6:00pm-12:00am Sun.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new applicants on the applicant tracking system within 24 hours.
• Book interviews and conduct assessments.
• Register and upload worker information into Universe.
• Process timesheets accurately via Universe and submit weekly payroll by Tuesday noon.
• Ensure Universe reflects working patterns, holidays and absences.

Account Coordinator

Applies to a role based in Knottingley on behalf of one of our clients.

Working Hours

• Any 5 days out of 7:
• 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• 6:00 pm to 12:00 am Sunday

Pay

£13.00 per hour.

Your Time at Work

• Responsible for recruitment and selection of worker colleagues, responding to new applicants on the applicant tracking system within 24 hours, booking interviews, and conducting assessments.
• Ensure accurate registration of all worker colleagues and capture and upload all information into Universe.
• Use our AI chatbot (Flin) to actively manage candidates, match their skills to interviews and inductions, and once onboarded, attach workers to shifts.
• Process timesheets accurately via Universe and submit weekly payroll by the deadline of 12:00 pm on a Tuesday.
• Ensure Universe reflects the worker colleague working pattern, capturing holidays, leavers, and absences in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the completion of induction training for all worker colleagues.
• Drive 100% fulfilment in line with the customer’s SLA, identifying solutions to address any shortfalls.
