Overview

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in the B2B space, is seeking an experienced and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their growing team. We are recruiting on their behalf to find a commercially minded marketer who can blend creativity with precision to deliver high-impact ABM campaigns that drive sales engagement and pipeline growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for personalisation and a strong grasp of the B2B buying journey, particularly in technical or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) aimed at high-value accounts and key verticals aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify priority prospects and design tailored marketing campaigns to support outreach and relationship development
  • Produce account-specific messaging, content, and engagement plans to nurture prospects through the funnel and secure discovery meetings
  • Deliver multichannel campaigns across email, social media, events, and digital platforms, with personalisation at the heart of all activity
  • Leverage data and insights to segment audiences, personalise communications, and continuously optimise campaign performance
  • Measure and report on account engagement, marketing-driven pipeline influence, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Continually test and refine ABM tactics to improve scalability and effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with emerging ABM tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Support sales teams in onboarding new clients and preparing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs)
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1–2 years in ABM or targeted marketing outreach
  • Proven success in aligning sales and marketing teams to deliver business impact
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, intent data platforms, marketing automation tools, and personalisation technologies
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and complex B2B buying cycles
  • Exceptional writing skills and confidence in stakeholder communication
  • Experience within technical or industrial sectors (e.g., electrical) is desirable
