This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development—particularly within the Automotive, Motorsport, and Aerospace sectors.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Account Manager and wider sales team, supporting daily operations, building client relationships, and helping to drive growth through exceptional service and attention to detail. If you’re proactive, passionate, and eager to learn, this role offers a fantastic entry point into a long-term career in sales and Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks such as quote preparation, data entry, order processing and order dispatch.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner—ensuring a professional customer experience.
  • CRM & Data Management: Update and manage the customer database, sales pipelines, and records to ensure information is accurate and well maintained.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support the coordination of deliveries, shipping, and dispatch of products—ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately. Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Continued business: Assist in gathering customer feedback for future projects, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales forecasting.
  • Team Contribution: Participate and support in team meetings, share ideas, and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and drive to learn. While experience in sales is not essential, enthusiasm for the automotive, motorsport, or aerospace industry will make you stand out.

Essential Skills

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive, can-do approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical knowledge or passion for automotive engineering, motorsport technology, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Comprehensive Training: Full support and training to help you develop your sales and technical understanding.
  • Career Growth: Clear opportunities for progression into Account Manager or Business Development roles.
  • Supportive Culture: A collaborative, inclusive workplace that values creativity, teamwork, and personal development.
  • Exciting Industry Exposure: Work with leading clients in automotive, motorsport, and aerospace environments.
