Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Accommodation Department supervisor to lead the housekeeping team across our Belfast properties. You will ensure high cleanliness standards, enforce health and safety rules, and collaborate with maintenance and other departments.

With 1-2 years in a supervisory role, strong organizational and communication skills, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting internal development within the Dalata Academy framework.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.
