A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks a motivated individual for a part-time administrative role. The position requires experience in administration and customer service, coupled with strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include managing accommodation services for the Trust. Working across both DRI & Bassetlaw Sites, you will be required to undertake all booking, financial and customer service processes for the Trust Accommodation Service.
It is essential that you have an eye for detail, can prioritise tasks and are a confident communicator. Customer Service skills are required to ensure a high standard of service is provided to all users of the Trust Accommodation and to ensure challenges can be resolved quickly & efficiently.
You will also be expected to demonstrate a full range of skills related to the key work elements of the post together with a flexible, committed and conscientious approach to working.
To provide a comprehensive and professional accommodation service for all users.
The post holder shall maintain a working knowledge of all staff, departments, Trust policies/ procedures and the communication systems utilised to co‑ordinate the Trusts resources for high standards of accommodation to the tenants it serves.
The post requires a high degree of commitment and the ability to work under pressure with a positive customer service attitude. In addition the post holder shall be flexible in their approach to any tasks required and work in a confidential and efficient manner.
