Working Hours & Salary

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (flexibility may be required to meet business needs). £12.71 per hour.

Job Summary

As an Accommodation Administrator at RAF High Wycombe, Walters Ash, HP14 4UE, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the site. Handling a range of administrative tasks, your organisational skills ensure that everything behind the scenes operates efficiently, while providing the support needed by our managers. You’ll interact daily with Armed Forces personnel, improving their quality of life and making a positive impact on all you encounter.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee accommodation bookings and allocation of room keys.
  • Process day‑to‑day catering requests.
  • Maintain excellent client/customer relationships.
  • Maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards, including the furniture management plan for Accommodation Services.
  • Carry out administration duties and clerical assistance to the Accommodation Manager as required.
  • Maintain records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality to comply with data protection and other security requirements.
Requirements
