Job summary

Haven is seeking an Accommodation Cleaner to help prepare our caravan, lodge, chalet or apartment for new arrivals. You will clean interiors, change linens, restock amenities and report maintenance issues, all while upholding health and safety standards.

The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals who can work alone or as part of a team and are flexible to cover bank and school holidays. Training is provided and career development opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience valued but not essential; training provided.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean the interior of guest accommodation, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms.
• Change bed linens and restock amenities as needed.
• Conduct routine checks for maintenance issues and report them.
• Ensure cleaning tools and supplies are stored safely and used effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
