Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a creative, commercially switched-on designer to join a successful accessories supplier working with a major supermarket retailer. You’ll turn inspiration into strong, commercial ranges, create CADs and present your ideas with confidence to buyers.

This pacey, hands-on role requires someone who loves product, understands the customer and can balance creativity with what sells. Ideal start in December, with flexible Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• Girlswear or kidswear accessories design experience, ideally with a supplier.
• Excellent CAD skills and a strong eye for colour, print and detail.
• Confidence communicating with buyers and presenting ranges.
• Proactive approach and experience working at volume.
• Curiosity about AI tools within the design process.

Responsibilities
