Responsibilities

• Managing and delegating workloads in an agile manner and interacting with the customer delivery teams.
• Planning and managing the testing pipeline on a month‑by‑month basis.
• Scoping and estimating the effort required for a project based on WCAG‑EM testing methodology.
• Independently performing accessibility audits of web pages, desktop applications and mobile apps using accessibility testing tools and assistive technology products.

Qualifications

• Good years of accessibility testing experience, especially manual testing experience.
• Experience in manual code testing – absolute minimum of IAAP CPAAC.
• Experience with Assistive Technologies including screen readers, magnifiers and voice control systems and developing test strategies and team growth.
