Zoonou is one of the UK's leading software testing companies, 100% employee-owned and a Certified B Corporation®.
We don't just test software - we help our clients create better digital experiences that work for everyone. Because we're co-owners, we all have a genuine stake in how we do it.
We're growing sustainably, balancing profit with purpose, and building a company that puts people first: our clients and each other. At Zoonou, the work matters. The way we do it matters even more.
We're looking for an Accessibility Test Analyst who cares about people as much as technology. Someone who's curious about how different users experience the web, who asks thoughtful questions, and who wants their work to genuinely make a difference.
You don't need to be an expert on day one - what matters is that you're eager to learn. You'll work closely with our accessibility specialists, gaining hands‑on experience with assistive technologies and exploring how real‑world barriers impact real users.
If you're excited by the idea of improving digital journeys, enjoy digging into the details, and want to grow your skills in an inclusive, supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
You’ll help clients understand how accessible their digital products are - not just where issues exist, but how those issues affect real users. You'll take a user‑centred approach and provide insight that leads to meaningful improvements.
