A healthcare trust in Northern Ireland is seeking an Access to Healthcare Assistant Band 3 to provide critical administrative support. The role requires at least 5 GCSEs including English, along with 1 year of administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, confidential, and capable of self-motivation. Responsibilities include managing patient documentation and facilitating effective team collaboration. Salary and benefits will be discussed in the interview.
The Jobholder will provide administrative support to the Access to Healthcare Manager and will liaise with individual departments, external bodies in relation to access to healthcare and the recovery of funds from paying/private patients.
The post holder will promote and support effective team working, fostering a culture of openness and transparency. The post holder will ensure that they take all concerns raised with them seriously and act in accordance with "Your right to raise a concern (Whistleblowing)" policy and their professional code of conduct, where applicable.
Qualifications:
5 GCSE's (Grades A-C) including English language or higher educational standard AND 1 year Admin/Clerical experience
OR
3 years Admin/Clerical Experience
In addition to the above:
Experience of computer packages is essential.
