Security Supervisor
We are looking for experienced Security Supervisor for a series of contracts across London and the South‑East.

The ideal Security Supervisor will be able to
- Supervise the effective day‑to‑day management of the contract
- Carry out certification validation
- Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service.
- Provide technical knowledge to the wider team
Candidate requirements
- Experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying and installing and servicing Security Systems
- Customer‑orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
- Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively.
- Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills.
- An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards.
- Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works.
- Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly.
- Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works.
- As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Security Works under their supervision.
Qualifications required
- UK Driving License (required)
- SSSTS (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years’ proven experience supervising.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1‑hour lunch break
