Job description

Due to our continued growth Succession now has a fantastic opportunity for an organised and competent individual to join our Access Control team. The role is an exciting opportunity for someone with Financial Services Administration experience who wants to branch out their skills into IT/Cybersecurity. The main purpose of the role will be to manage and maintain access privileges to core systems used within Succession, ensuring that new joiners and existing members of staff have appropriate access to business‑critical systems and that leavers access is revoked in a timely manner.

You will liaise with third‑party providers to manage access to external sites, using a professional and friendly approach to maintain good working relationships with providers. The role holder will also work closely with the Access Control Manager to support process improvement and any projects that impact User Access Control.

Responsibilities
  • Administering the activation and deactivation of user access to third‑party providers
  • Responding to and actioning user access requests
  • Maintaining access logs and completing audits of all existing user access rights
  • Working closely with various departments to understand systems access requirements
  • Documenting, scheduling and completing testing of new systems
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast‑paced Administration/IT role
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience within an IT support or User access control role would be highly advantageous
