About the role
It’s knowing your work helps people to feel welcome, seen and included.
It’s being part of a team that opens up access and community engagement in truly meaningful ways. This is what makes working for Royal Collection Trust so special.
Royal Collection Trust seeks to offer welcoming and inclusive ways for everyone to enjoy the Royal Collection. The Access and Inclusion programme brings a wide range of community groups into our sites and makes sure everyone feels they belong.
As Access and Communities Administrator, your role will be to help coordinate this work and make sure each visitor has the best possible experience.

- Whether you’re preparing reports, greeting groups on site or helping to tidy up after a session, you’ll take real pride in your work and in helping others feel welcome.
- You’ll also help manage content for our access webpages and social media, keeping our information clear, accurate and up to date.
- From drafting meeting minutes to supporting digital sessions online, every task you take on will play a vital role in helping the programme grow and succeed.
In all you do, you’ll help champion access and inclusion across the organisation.
About you
- You’ll have great customer service skills combined with previous administrative experience and excellent organisational skills.
- Most important, is that you’ll be passionate about how we can remove barriers and open up our spaces to those who may not have visited before.
- You’ll be confident communicating with a range of people and able to plan your time well, even when working to tight deadlines.
- You’ll be motivated, proactive and keen to support others, bringing strong written skills and a positive, flexible approach to your work.
