Capgemini Invent in London invites graduates to join the Accelerate Graduate Programme as an Associate Consultant in Business Technology. The programme runs around 19–21 months with a three-week induction, a twelve-week consulting training, and hands-on client experience across multiple industries.

You'll build technical and consulting capabilities, work in a hybrid model, travel to client sites as needed, and join a diverse community that develops you from Associate to Consultant.

Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience.
