Our work spans luxury hotels and resorts, lifestyle, retail, and wellness brands, sitting at the intersection of art, culture, and strategy.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client services and delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and has demonstrable experience keeping projects and processes running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and senior team members, supporting both client-facing activity and internal operations. You’ll help ensure our agency delivers outstanding service, whether preparing client materials, producing reports, coordinating cross-departmental workflows, or supporting internal projects.

It’s a great opportunity for someone motivated, curious, and eager to build their experience within a creative, culturally engaged music agency environment, with meaningful exposure to world-class client accounts and the wider delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to Account Managers and senior team members
  • Assist with client-facing activity, including preparing documents, coordinating deliverables, and supporting project communications
  • Coordinate internal projects, tracking tasks, timelines, and progress to ensure smooth delivery
  • Produce internal and client reports, collating data, insights, and progress updates
  • Work closely with music curators, project managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure information flows clearly across the agency
  • Support meeting preparation, note-taking, follow-up actions, and the organisation of shared team resources
  • Manage smaller internal tasks or mini-projects independently when required
  • Contribute to process improvements, helping streamline workflows and enhance team organisation
  • Help draft and maintain SOPs, process documents, and internal guides
  • Provide general coordination support wherever needed, ensuring nothing falls through the gaps
Skills & Experience
  • 1–2+ years’ experience in an office, administrative, or coordination role within a professional environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with internal teams and, where required, supporting client communication
  • Willingness to learn, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural inclination toward structure and process
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other business tools; familiarity with project management software is a bonus
  • An interest in music, culture, hospitality, or creative industries is advantageous
  • Fluent written and spoken English
Location

A hybrid role with a combination of office and remote working. Office time based in our Hertford office 1-2 times a week, as well as co-working in London. Coordination with global teams via Teams.
