Norwich City Football Club is seeking an Academy Physical Performance Coach to lead and support the physical development of youth players within the academy. You will work in collaboration with a MDT in an elite setting to influence coaching programmes and performance outcomes.
Key duties include delivering physical performance support across all academy squads, contributing to the club’s strength and power strategy, and helping to write and update the academy plan while upholding the club
Owing to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Performance Department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Academy Physical Performance Coach.
This is an excellent role for an ambitious and driven individual who is passionate about the physical development of youth athletes. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to positively influence a coaching programme and work well within an MDT in an elite Academy setting.
This role also sits as part of a Club-wide Performance Department that strives to collaborate using with evidence-informed performance principles to help every player and member of staff at Norwich City FC thrive and succeed.
